What does it mean when my funds are designated as “Frozen”?
The money being processed will be locked up until blockchain validation is complete when you make a deposit or withdrawal. This is completely normal and should not be seen as a reason for alarm.
Is there a limit on how much money you may withdraw?
The following table lists the withdrawal limitations based on your KYC Identity Verification levels. Each coin/token will also have a transaction withdrawal limit.
Level of KYC (Know Your Customer) Per-User Withdrawal Limit
KYC L1 USD100 per day
KYC L2 USD100,000 per week
KYC L3 USD1,000,000 per week
When and where will I be able to see my staking rewards?
On the distribution day, rewards will be transferred straight into your account at the end of the Staking Period.
Is it possible to switch wallets, such as Metamask or MyEtherWallet, and so on.?
No, you won’t be able to. Your money must be transferred to Roseon Wallet.

What is the smallest amount you can bet?
A separate minimum stake will be required for each currency. We aim to keep this to a bare minimum. The minimal stake for ETH, for example, is 0.01 Ether.
Staking vs. Farming: What’s the Difference?
Every necessary precaution is taken in order to avoid security breaches. It’s considerably easier for an attacker to gain access to your account and funds if you don’t use 2-factor authentication (2FA). An attacker would require access to both your phone and your account using a 2FA scheme, which is more challenging.
Due to the nature of blockchain technology, retrieving stolen assets is typically impossible, therefore avoiding theft by imposing 2FA is far more successful than trying to recover lost funds.
How can I get my money out of the Roseon App?
In order to withdraw cash from the app, you must finish Levels 1, 2, and 3. The verification benefits were discussed in the previous article.
E-mail verification is the first level of security.
Phone verification is L2 security.
Google verification is L3 security.
