What does it mean when my funds are designated as “Frozen”?
The money being processed will be locked up until blockchain validation is complete when you make a deposit or withdrawal. This is completely normal and should not be seen as a reason for alarm.
Is there a limit on how much money you may withdraw?
The following table lists the withdrawal limitations based on your KYC Identity Verification levels. Each coin/token will also have a transaction withdrawal limit.

What is the smallest amount you can bet?
A separate minimum stake will be required for each currency. We aim to keep this to a bare minimum. The minimal stake for ETH, for example, is 0.01 Ether.
