What makes use of KYC for identity verification important?

Roseon App is obligated to verify some personal information of its users as a licensed Virtual Currency firm using a procedure known as KYC (Know Your Customer).

This is meant to safeguard its ecosystem and platform from fraud and money laundering. You can deposit assets and invest in the Roseon App after passing KYC Level 1, and you can withdraw up to $100 each day.

After completing KYC Level 2, your weekly withdrawal limit will be increased to $100,000.

Steps to identity verification with KYC

Go to your profile (icon at the upper right corner)

Select “Identity Verification” from the drop-down menu.

L1 Verification, L2 Verification, and L3 Verification are the three alternatives for identity verification.

L1 Verification (The daily withdrawal limit is $100.)

1. Select L1 Verification.

2. Fill in your name.

3. Choose a nationality

4. Choose your form of identification (ID card, passport, or driver’s license).

5. Type in your ID number.

6. Click the “Submit” button.

7. The status of the L1 Verification will be “Verified.”

L2 Validation (The weekly withdrawal limit will be increased to $100,000.)

1. Select L2 Verification.

2. Take a snapshot of the front of your ID.

3. Take a snapshot of the back of your ID.

4. Take a photo of yourself holding your ID in front of a piece of paper with the date of application and the name Roseon printed on it, both of which must be visible.

5. Click the “Submit” button.

The status of the L2 Verification will change from “Under Review” to “Verified” after it has been evaluated.

What is Google Two-Factor Authentication (Google 2FA) and why should it be enabled?

We take all necessary precautions to avoid security breaches. It’s considerably easier for an attacker to gain access to your account and funds if you don’t use 2-factor authentication (2FA).

With 2FA enabled, your account will be more secure because it will need additional authentication for verification.

Due to the nature of blockchain technology, retrieving stolen assets is typically impossible, therefore avoiding theft by imposing 2FA is far more successful than trying to recover lost funds.

Vital steps to Completing Security Authentication on your Account.

1. Email address, phone number, and Google 2FA authentication are all necessary for security.

2. Select “Security Center” from your Profile (symbol in the top right corner).

3. If you use your email address to log in to the Roseon App, you’ve already completed the initial Security Authentication.

4. Select “Phone Number Authentication” to complete the second Security Authentication.

5. Choose your country code and phone number, then click “Bind.”

6. Select “Google Authentication” for the third Security Authentication.

7. Click “download” to get Google Authenticator and install it.

8. Launch Google Authenticator and remember the six-digit code.

9. Return to the Roseon App and select “Next.”

10. A 16-bit key will appear on the backup key screen. Before enabling Google Authentication, please write down your password, back it up, and keep it safe.

If your phone is lost or stolen, the key can be used to recover your account.

10. Click the “Next” button.

11. Click “Get Code” and input the code that was emailed to you.

12. In the “Google Verification Code” area, enter the 6-digit code you remembered when you first launched Google Authenticator.

13. Press the “OK” button.
